Talks between barristers’ leaders and Ministry of Justice to continue
Kirsty Brimelow KC, chair of the Criminal Bar Association, and Mark Fenhalls KC, chair of the Bar Council, met Brandon Lewis, the justice secretary and lord chancellor, yesterday to discuss the strike by criminal barristers that has severely disrupted the criminal courts of England and Wales.
