An American accused of a drug-related murder in Florida has lost a seven-year battle to remain in the United Kingdom.
Jonah Horne, 28, is alleged to have shot 25-year-old Jacob Walsh at Boca Raton in 2016, during a dispute over drugs. The murder is alleged to have taken place at close range while Walsh was sitting in a car.
