As the Guardian reports, “the prime minister is beset by rebellion on the right and left of the party”.
I published my analysis of the government’s Safety of Rwanda (Asylum and Immigration) Bill, then available only in draft, at 6am last Thursday. That evening, I updated the piece with links to the bill as presented to parliament, the government’s explanatory notes and, importantly, the Home Office human rights memorandum.
