BBC lacks impartiality, lawyers say

The BBC has been accused of lacking impartiality for refusing to describe Hamas as terrorists.
The claim is made by a group of senior lawyers and a former director of the Conservative Friends of Israel in a letter to Lord Grade, chairman of the broadcasting regulator Ofcom.
