The government’s criminal justice bill will have its second reading debate in the Commons today. The full text of the bill can be read online, together with the government’s explanatory notes.

The legislation deals with a wide range of topics and I have cherry-picked just a handful that interest me. This is the fourth and final piece about the bill for my paying subscribers. Last week’s pieces can be read on the website.
