Judge says claimant’s conduct gives cause for concern

In the middle of an otherwise uneventful debate on mental health, yesterday’s Hansard records an unusual exchange:

The former cabinet minister was referring to a judgment delivered yesterday by Mr Justice Nicklin. In it, the judge struck out a claim brought by a businessman who has donated more than £500,000 to the Conservative party since 2018.
