Sir Terence Etherton out of hospital after concerns about his health

I am delighted to hear that Sir Terence Etherton has left hospital and will be taking up his peerage in a month’s time.

At the end of last year, I reported concerns at how unwell he appeared to be during his valedictory ceremony as Master of the Rolls. That report received wide publicity and he was grateful to the many people who wrote wishing him well.
