But bereaved parents say civil settlement allows them to “forge ahead”
I am pleased for Harry Dunn’s parents that the civil claim over their son’s death has been resolved — conveniently in time for the prime minister’s meeting with the US president. There were complex legal arguments on both sides but ultimately the settlement should come as no surprise.
