Court of Appeal to consider whether medical treatment should continue
The Court of Appeal will sit this morning to consider whether medical treatment for Archie Battersbee should continue. Doctors at the Royal London Hospital had planned to withdraw his life support at 2pm today after a High Court judge ruled two weeks ago that the 12-year-old had “no hope at all of recovery”.
