The Public Law Project has complained to the UK’s statistics regulator about “an entirely incorrect and misleading” figure that the Ministry of Justice has used to justify one of its proposed reforms to judicial review. I describe it as “an unfortunate statistical error” in a piece published by the Law Society Gazette yesterday.
