Rwanda hearing adjourned
Case will now be heard in September
The High Court has agreed to adjourn a hearing planned for next week which would have decided whether it was lawful to remove asylum-seekers to Rwanda.
I understand that the court granted a written application made by lawyers for the claimants, who said they were not yet ready to proceed.
