Sacoolas: discussions continue

Hearing planned for next week has been postponed

I was surprised when the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) disclosed in December that there would be a hearing next Tuesday at Westminster Magistrates’ Court at which Anne Sacoolas would face a charge of causing the death of a 19-year-old motorcyclist by dangerous driving.
