The government’s attempt to limit the powers of its inquiry into Covid-19 will be heard on Friday 30 June. It may continue into part of the next working day, 3 July. The High Court has agreed it should be a “rolled-up” hearing, avoiding the need for a preliminary decision whether the claimant should be granted permission to proceed.
