This is a blog about developments in the law. It was launched in August 2020. Although the blog is still quite young, its author is not: I have made my living for nearly 40 years by reporting, explaining and commenting on legal news. You can read more about me here.

For columns commissioned by publications such as the Law Society Gazette, I’ll send you a summary and a link to that publication’s website. The same goes for programmes like Law in Action which I present for BBC Radio 4.
