"Rozenberg's endorsement of the UK's consistently legal idealist foreign policy now dubbed by the Foreign Secretary as "Progressive Realism" is an unneeded reminder that the UK has long ceased to be a Great Power, and fails to acknowledge that international law did not prevent Putin from invading Ukraine and has not been successful in stopping him either. As much as I hate to admit it, Thucydides' δυνατὰ δὲ οἱ προύχοντες πράσσουσι καὶ οἱ ἀσθενεῖς ξυγχωροῦσιν still rules international law."
