London is good, says lady chief justice, but it could be better

The lady chief justice of England and Wales has suggested that the courts should work together with mediation providers and arbitration centres on a new London dispute resolution committee.

“If we unite in this way,” she asked, “are we not likely to be better placed to thrive in the face of global challenges and to take advantage of future opportunities?”
